Yes, Allpdfkits offers a generous free tier that lets you process PDF files without any cost. For higher volume usage and advanced features, we offer premium plans with additional capabilities.
Files are transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Some tools process files directly in your browser, so your document never leaves your device; for the ones that need server-side processing, the file is only ever held in memory and is never written to disk.
Files can be up to 4MB each, on every plan — uploads run through a serverless function, so the ceiling isn't plan-dependent. Batch processing is available on Premium.
Yes, Allpdfkits is fully responsive and works in any modern web browser on phones, tablets, and desktops — no app to install. Dedicated iOS and Android apps are planned but not available yet; you can join the waitlist on the Mobile page to be notified when they launch.
Standard PDFs across the common versions in use today, plus a dedicated tool to convert into the PDF/A archival format. Password-protected PDFs and scanned documents are both supported — protect/unlock handles the former, and OCR adds a searchable text layer to the latter.
Compress PDF re-encodes the images embedded in your document at a lower resolution, which is where most of a PDF's file size usually comes from. Text stays sharp — it's stored as font data, not pixels, so image compression doesn't touch it.
Yes, our conversion tools can transform PDFs into editable Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and more. The conversion preserves formatting, tables, and images as accurately as possible.
OCR supports common Latin-alphabet languages. Accuracy depends on the source — a clear, well-lit scan reads far better than a blurry photo or a low-quality fax.
Our AI Summarizer uses advanced natural language processing to analyze your PDF content and generate concise summaries. It identifies key points, main arguments, and important details to give you a quick overview of lengthy documents.
Yes, merge up to 20 files in a single operation. Upload everything you want to combine, drag them into your preferred order, and merge with one click.
A public REST API for integrating PDF processing into your own applications is planned but not live yet. Visit the Developer API page to see what's coming and join the waitlist to be notified at launch.
Files are processed in memory over an encrypted connection and are never written to disk on our servers — there's nothing stored to delete, because nothing is saved in the first place. Your file exists only long enough to generate the result you download.
