Delete Your Account

One Allpdfkits account works on both allpdfkits.com and the AllPDFKits app for Android and iOS. Deleting it removes your account and its data everywhere.

1. Delete it in the app

This is the fastest way, and it takes effect immediately.

Open the AllPDFKits app and sign in.
Go to the Me tab.
Tap Delete account, then Delete to confirm.

2. Or ask us to delete it

If you can't use the app, email privacy@allpdfkits.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours first.

3. What gets deleted

Your sign-in, whether you use an email and password or Google
Your profile: name, email address, country and time zone
Your workspace and everything in it: signatures, templates, contacts, team list, workflows and history
Files and folders synced from the AllPDFKits app
Waitlist sign-ups made while you were signed in

4. What isn't affected

Copies of documents you've downloaded, shared or emailed. Those are outside our service, so delete them wherever you saved them.
Waitlist sign-ups made while signed out, which aren't linked to your account. Email us and we'll remove them.
Files you upload to our PDF tools. These aren't stored with your account at all: we delete them within one hour of processing.

Using the app without signing in? Deleting a file from the Files tab also removes it from our servers.

5. How long deleted data is kept

We don't keep your account data after deletion. Deleted data may remain in short-lived system backups for up to 30 days before it is permanently erased. We keep specific records only where the law requires us to.
